Some great Arsenal fans in the sky staged this.
Its was the kind of win that wins you titles -- or the lack of which could lose you the title, so to speak. But the goods were delivered, great goals from Sagna and Cesc, and except the nervy end it was a great day. Not forgetting of course that Chelsea lost, taking us to two points off the top.
Once again, some talking points include :
(1) Cesc was better today, or as Arsene would have it : 95 %.
(2) Samir Nasri has been in fantastic form. It's been great to see him emerge into this role where he can go from defence to attack really fast -- I expect more to come from him, and he's still only 23. He's beginning to remind me of Ribery in some ways, though Ribery has shown himself to be an absolute c*nt.
(3) Song - Fabregas - Wilshere didn't last long again. Hope little Jack didn't pick up any injuries. Densilson was a welcome addition. The balance seemed just right but it could just be down to the fact that Jack's been playing a lot of games.
(4) Bendtner - Please f@#k off if the rumours are true. Are you f@#king crazy ? Not at this time of the season son, or it's down the "A-de-Bye-Chute" for you.
(5) Gooners should stop slagging Arshavin off. Give him a break please, he's played in almost every game this season, and in all likelihood is carrying some niggling injury. Yes, it sucks watching him not make an effort -- and Rosicky's a better option there, but he's getting closer with his shooting,slowly.
Saving up on sleep and worries till saturday. Then it'll be Van Der Scum and Co.
I hate saying it but this one'll feel so very good after everything thats happened in november already.
